Private and small-format sessions, with the attention your movement deserves.
Classical Pilates is a complete system in which movement, apparatus and progression work together with purpose.
At UP Studio, we preserve the principles of the original method while tailoring each session to the individual — developing strength, control, mobility, alignment and quality of movement.
Pilates was never designed around a single piece of equipment.
At UP Studio, we teach Classical Pilates as a complete, integrated system using the traditional apparatus and principles developed by Joseph Pilates.
Our studio is equipped with a full Classical Pilates setup, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Electric Chair and additional traditional apparatus, allowing each session to progress beyond a single machine and adapt to the individual in front of us.
Our equipment follows the dimensions and design of the traditional apparatus used in Joseph Pilates’ original method, preserving the feel, intention and biomechanics of Classical Pilates.
Classical Pilates can benefit people across a wide range of ages, abilities and training backgrounds.
At UP Studio, we have particular experience working with adults 40+, active seniors, golfers, tennis players and active individuals who value strength, mobility, control and long-term quality of movement.
Whether you are beginning Pilates, complementing your athletic training or looking for a thoughtful way to stay strong and mobile as you age, your session is adapted to you.
